I wonder whether, in accordance with the corresponding LED lamps are available that are allowed to adjust the headlights of a car in the United Kingdom.
Do addition, xenon lamps are not required to work feeding or other similar conversion kit instead of the regular halogen bulbs in a car that has never been equipped with xenon lamps, or just like-for-like exchange?

Most conversions are illegal in the United Kingdom.
The reason is that the construction of the United Kingdom and the laws that were written before the technology exists.
Factory Xenon HID lights and LED adaptation are not legal, and compliance with the provisions of the United Kingdom (not) but because the car was in Europe for the approval of the completed vehicle installed with the light and approved by the United Kingdom is aware of this authorization. Therefore, unless the conversion of all the uses (and only) of plant parts (including the use of airborne sensors for the automatic update) is not met, approval, so that is not legal in the United Kingdom.
Normal filament (incandescent) bulbs use xenon instead of argon as filling gas are not affected if they are legal.
Cabin lighting must comply with the Euro "E" standards, including the brands of the bulb. You must also saw the launch of arrangements for the distribution and use of light, diving & c. Many of the add-on conversions that are not only technically illegal.The do so, the parts of a higher spec'd version of the car that the functions and parts replaced buy. This is not an easy labor.
Xenon have a voltage converter module and the light bulb, the tension between the module and the lamp is dangerously high, so be careful
